If it holds up, the score says so. That's the credential.

One submission at a time, real name attached, then upvote, downvote, or pass.

The score updates live
Every submission is judged purely on its own merit — never compared head-to-head against anyone else's.

It ranks on the leaderboard
Inside its category, world-wide and by country, for anyone — including a recruiter — to find.
The rules
- One account per person. Enforced by LinkedIn sign-in through Supabase Auth, not a checkbox you can skip.
- Roles are locked for life. Talent can never switch to Judge to gain downvote power, or back — a database trigger rejects the change outright, no matter what the client sends.
- Talent can upvote or pass, never downvote. Judges can upvote or downvote — but can't submit work of their own.
- No self-votes, ever. The server checks and rejects it — there's no client-side path around this.
- Up to 3 upvotes can be showcased on a submission — "backed by a judge at [company]" carries real weight, because it's a real name and a real vote, not a testimonial anyone could write.
